Stage 1: Train Your Bot
Step 1: Accessing the Bot Setup
- Navigate to the menu.
- Click on "My Bots".
- Select "Create New" to begin setting up a new bot.
Step 2: Naming Your Bot
- In the "Bot" field, enter a unique name for your bot. This helps identify and distinguish your bot from others in your system.
Step 3: Assigning Tags
- In the "Tag" field, add relevant keywords related to your campaign.
- Tags help with tracking and categorization for better campaign management.
Step 4: Defining Your Bot’s Tone
- In the "Tone" field, select how you want your bot to communicate. This ensures your bot’s messaging aligns with your company’s values and personality.
- Click the "Adjust Tone in More Details" option to fine-tune:
- Creativity: Controls how flexible and innovative the bot’s responses are.
- Tone: Determines the overall style (e.g., formal, friendly, professional).
- Aggressiveness: Adjusts the level of directness in interactions.
- Experiment with different combinations to achieve the best tone for your needs.
Step 5: Setting the Objective
- Locate the "Objective" field.
- A preset prompt is available as a default setting.
- Modify the prompt to align with your campaign’s goals by:
- Editing existing text.
- Adding specific instructions.
- Removing irrelevant details.
- This customization ensures the bot is optimized for your specific use case.
Once these steps are complete, proceed to the next stage of the setup.
